Sales Consultant
Our sales consultants serve as the customer's advocate at every step, from
answering questions and arranging test drives to helping with the trade-in
appraisal process. They must be well versed in product specs and performance
data for each model as well as competitive information. It's their
responsibility to provide customers with everything they need to make a
decision and support them through the entire experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school degree or equivalent
Two years of college with a business-related emphasis preferred
Previous sales experience is not required
Excellent customer relations and communications skills
Valid driver's license
Computer experience necessary
Service Advisor
Our service advisors manage all the details, from scheduling service appointments to making follow-up phone calls to customers. In between, they work directly with customers to provide estimates, explain all work and charges, give status updates, and resolve any concerns. They also work with our technicians to ensure repairs are being completed on schedule. Service advisors must be well organized and good at juggling multiple tasks.
Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent
Some college or automotive/vocational training preferred
ASE certification preferred
Two years of customer contact or sales experience
Two years in an automotive service environment preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Valid driver's license preferred
Computer experience necessary
Service Technician
Our service technicians are responsible for performing routine diagnosis and maintenance along with mechanical, electrical, and suspension-related troubleshooting and repairs. They must address the customer's concerns, perform the agreed-upon repairs, and do a thorough quality check and road test before returning the vehicle.
Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent
Vocational training required
ASE certification commensurate with experience
Other certifications or licenses as required by law
Minimum two years of experience in automotive repair or service; four or more years preferred
Tools required to perform repairs and services
Valid driver's license preferred
Computer experience necessary
Parts & Accessories Consultant
Our parts consultants are responsible for managing the parts inventory, ensuring all necessary parts are stocked, and distributing parts to the service technicians. Opportunities exist for drivers, counter personnel, and retail parts specialists. All of our parts consultants must possess solid customer relations skills since they're responsible for recommending related parts, answering questions, and informing customers when special order parts have arrived.
Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent preferred
Minimum one year of experience at a retail dealership or wholesale parts department operation
Knowledge of automotive systems
Excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills
